What Numbers provided by an Analytics tool or your own database about how the user behaviour in your product: clicks, funnels, time, search queries etc. Why Metrics can be used not only to analyze the performance, but also to "uncover the unexpected", brighten up behaviour and information that could be hidden in a survey or in the KPIs.
